Home / Landlords & EICRs
EICRs for Bolton landlords, done in a day
We book the visit with your tenants, inspect and test, and email the report the same afternoon. If anything needs fixing, you get a fixed price for it before we touch it.
When is your next EICR due?
Rented homes in England need a new report at least every 5 years. Homeowners are advised to check every 10.
